1. Definitions

"Service" means the Signalmaxing signal subscription distributed via Whop. "Subscriber" means any person who purchases access. "Signals" means the trading signal alerts delivered via Discord.

2. Service Description

Signalmaxing delivers mechanical trading signals derived from quantitative analysis of publicly available market data on regulated US event-contract exchanges (Kalshi). Signals are informational only.

3. Risks

Prediction-market trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose all capital you deploy. Signals are not personalized investment advice.

4. Disclaimers

Signalmaxing is not a registered investment adviser. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any contract. Use at your own risk.

5. Termination

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via Whop. We reserve the right to terminate access for abuse or violation of these terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is domiciled. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
