Data Collected

Signalmaxing collects the minimum data needed to operate the Service: Discord user IDs for signal delivery, and subscription status from Whop. We do not collect payment information directly — Whop handles payments.

Retention

Signal delivery records are retained for 90 days. Subscription records are retained for the duration of the subscription plus 12 months for billing dispute resolution.

Third Parties

• Whop — subscription management and payment processing.
• Discord — signal delivery channel.
• Supabase — database hosting (EU/US regions).
• Fly.io — application hosting (US region).

We do not sell or share personal data with advertising networks or data brokers.
